Welp it was good while it lasted...
Although this season being a War saga, The lack of death and fake outs in this final season is really disappointing.

Am I the only one who still watch Fairy Tail until the end but don't like FT due to overused cliches including fan service? Fairy Tail is the least favorite anime I've seen..

Nope. The only reason I finished the manga was sunk cost fallacy.
Hopefully they can adapt the 100 year quest sequel.
I sincerely hope not, but it'll probably happen anyway.

Not to mention all the spin offs.. I could actually see them animating the spin offs before starting with 100 Years Quest to give that manga more time to get ahead.
I wonder when they will start Eden's Zero.

At least until the manga's sequel, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, inevitably gets animated as well. And depending on its popularity (its third and latest volume made it to the top 10 best selling manga that week), Mashima will consider doing a Boruto-style sequel after that.
