Congrats to the new movie getting a lot of love, especially the fact that this is a remake of the first film.

On a serious note, it's Pokemon. People will watch it regardless of the quality. Same with Disney's nostalgic cash grabs.

I just hope this doesn't mean that they'll stop making 2D animated Pokemon movies in favor of making all the future movies being CGI.
