Alright, today I went to Best Buy and splurged on His and Her Circumstances thinpak, I didn't notice it until just now but, I got 2 volume 2's. I was like WTF. Now, this isn't Best Buy's fault, it's RightStuf's. Tomorrow, out of sheer and utter inconvience, I'm going to return it to Best Buy to get a different one - and open it right there in front of the exchanges register so I know I got everything that was supposed to happen. Now, cases like these might be rare but it only makes RightStuf look bad as a company. Best Buy had 2 other copies of His and Her Circumstances, if both are messed up - I will get my $52.00 back.

If all 3 end up with multiple same discs, then I'd hope RightStuf would issue a notice of somesort, if they already haven't. RightStuf truly disappointed me. Human error or not, I was disappointed that such an error could occur.

Don't be too hard on them. Despite the best of quality control measures, these problems will crop up from time to time. If you buy enough DVDs, you will have this happen to you again at some point, and it's certainly not unique to RightStuf.

I had the same problem when I bought the DNA^2 boxset, which is from CPM. The box for the 6th disk was the correct box, but inside was another copy of disk 5. I had to box it up and ship it back to the online store where I had bought it, but luckily their customer service was good and other than the inconvenience it didn't cost my anything extra.

I have also had this happen with non-anime titles. No matter how hard you try to get it right, no production/packaging system is going to be perfect.
