It will probably not be dubbed, as it's an early showing and the article did not specify it being dubbed. Anime is subbed by default. Get used to it.

I don't believe the Reigen OVA has been dubbed in English, or if it ever will be. As for the first episode of season 2, I'm not sure if Bang Zoom! will get the episodes early enough to dub them in English until the season is finished. However, Shield Hero, of which the first couple episodes are already dubbed by an unknown studio, may prove that it can be done outside of Funimation and Sentai.

This would be cooler and more appealing to me if it wasn't just 5 days before the normal premiere. Or if it was 3 episodes or something more substantial. As is, I don't think I would go out of my way to pay theater prices for a 5 day head start on a show, as much as I love Mob.
