I had no idea about this show prior to this happening, and your guess is as good as mine as to why it isn't legally streaming.
It's kind of cute... if intentional, but I wonder if this was an intentional publicity stunt meant to get people talking about this and maybe watch it. Were the notable seiyuus involved not enough? |

This anime doesn't even have a sub for a load of international community to become acknowledged of it.

Ok, so it was really the fourth one last week, anyway the episodes are standalones so it didn't matter much, i watch it and couldn't tell they skipped the third one. they could have carry the secret to the grave.

With the type of schedule these companies keep in airing the episodes I am more shocked that they had episode 4 done prior to the airing of episode 3. That's probably even more news worthy.

Judging from the staff's response, this is not the type of mistake that will make heads roll, so no big deal... perhaps?
And by the way, I've just checked ANN page for this show. No animation studio listed.
Most of the budget went into hiring the VAs, who knows? Kana Hanazawa, Suzuko Mimori, and Yuka Iguchi ain't cheap. |

This sounds like something that would’ve happened to Pop Team Epic back when that was airing.
To be fair, the episodes are 15 minutes instead of 22 minutes. The shorter an episode is, the quicker it gets done. |

Add to this the fact that nearly 4min per eps doesn't have animation, just a static illustration on a board which seiyuus are asked to joke about + a normal length 1m30 Opening and a 1min ending. Knowing that the backgrounds are rarely changed and characters have patterns which are reused, it doesn't leave them much to do beside the "theatrical" scenes.
