I've read a fair few of them, but there's a few titles there I'm looking forward to reading in future! Nice list
Personally I'd add Ibitsu by Haruto Ryou. It was pretty messed up. It just went all out. I wasn't expecting it to go that hard.

(Unfortunately?) I'm in the camp that cannot find any Junji Ito manga creepy or scary at all, but do find them pretty comical, so at least I enjoyed his cat manga quite a bit.

Glad Zashiki Onna made the list. That manga creeped me the hell out. Unlike most Japanese horror, this seemed like something that could've really happened.

And I'm reminded once again of my sadness at getting so few horror manga translated into English. Sometimes we only even get part of it. Alas.
Until I get to experience the ones on this list that haven't gotten released yet, I'll reread some of my own favorites that got left off and are on my shelf in English. Alien Nine, The Drifting Classroom, Monster, Pet Shop of Horrors, and Parasyte shall suffice for now.

Death Hall [Shiyakusho] is not really a horror manga but it's really good.
I'm surprised it's not been published in the US yet.
