This game looks beautiful and the combat looks fun. I'd definitely like to see a Western release.

While I am not a gamer and am happy for those that have been wanting an official localization, it is important that the translation is as accurate as can be. In games that do have subscribers, you are giving your customers the best product possible when it it is a good translation.

More information will be revealed in December. As of right now, it's only listed for PS4. I expect a PC release given Platinum Games's tendency to release games on PC lately, and the fact that most GBF fans play the original game on PC.
I also expect Cygames to localize this themselves. the official english GBF version is pretty good most of the time so it shouldn't have any issues (and things would be kept consistent between games this way).

If they use the same translator team as the original mobage then the translation quality will be in the good side (a bit meme-y sometimes but mostly during comedic scenes/events).
