Unless it's been confirmed otherwise, FUNi's listing for it does show it as having an English dub track too.

I remember hearing a lot of high praise for the live action Parasyte so I'm glad to see them coming to Blu Ray.

Considering FUNi also has the Death Note 2016 movie, I doubt it has anything to do with the anime's popularity (or lack thereof).

Adam Gibbs said in a Toonami interview for the show, that he wouldn't mind doing another show(they were talking about Hyoka) for Funi.
