Since they were bought out, now they hopefully don't have to worry about SNK turning around and suing them to score some pocket change.

Yeah, lets hope not, I mean, SNK is already soaking in profits from past ports on current gen and their mobile offerings.
But yeah, this made me think, what happened lately with Hi-Score Girl, lol.

It should be kind of obvious that if Party A keeps keeps their end of the agreement but Party B doesn't, then breach of contract suits for the latter party should be pursued.
