if his birthday is on March 1, why is the second release in February?  why not release the first one closer to the day?

I think its bbecause preorders opened for all three at the same time and Yuuri has a Nov birthday.

I'm confused, as both Yuuri and Victor's sets come with wine. I wouldn't be surprised if there's an option for the glasses only, but this seems to imply only Yurio has a drink paired with the glasses set?

I believe the "second shipment" mentioned in the article is for the Yuuri K set that sold out, not Yurio's upcoming one.
(it's okay, I fell out of the habit of differentiating between their names at first glance too, and was thinking "[Japanese] Yuuri wasn't underage though...???" when I read the headline.)
