Not sure why you're pointing to USA in particular; Netflix is holding out this series for the whole WORLD outside of Japan, just so that they can offer it with dubs.

Sports seems like a reasonable explanation. I can only imagine the chaos when the Olympics comes around.

When they start delaying episodes like this it always shows in the work (e.g. God Eater) and when the staff is saying its not polished enough to release then its got problems. However, if you need a fix there's help just watch pretty much any hentai and skip over all the good parts.

You do realize it's just a 1 week break right? Your post makes it sound like you feel as if it's being canceled or something.

It says right there in the article that their delaying it due to sports events, not production issues. It also says in the same article, that you should have read, that after the 6th episode is aired they will broadcast the 7th episode the very next day so they stay on schedule.

That is no excuse, Kuromukuro was sub only at first and then got a dub later. I'm not sure if Sinbad even has a dub yet. Ajin and Knights of Sidonia had dubs about a week after they finished airing in Japan. Netflix could easily simuldub their shows since, Funimation can and Netflix is a much bigger company than Funimation. Almost all Netflix "Original" anime get forgotten by the western anime community. I am glad that Knights of Sidonia 3 may have a chance of escaping to Amazon.
