I was expecting Altair to get published (because of the anime), only Digital for now, but I'm sure it will be printed as well. Kodansha really seem to be putting out a lot of new digital content lately.

If I wanted to read something digitally I'd just read a scanlation... really worried about this.

Sigh, I understand that it's cheaper to just do digital with everything, but Kodansha could be so much more if they just put some of these titles out in print.

I refuse to buy digital books, so seeing a lot of great series be picked up for digital release is just disappointing. On Twitter, they claimed that they don't have the kind of money to support a Altair or Hoozuki print release (given that they're ~20 volumes and ongoing).

Really? That's unfortunate. I prefer not to buy digital due to the purchase being locked to the device/service, as well as increasingly frequent eye problems due to having to look at lit screen all day for work (I try to minimize computer and device work during rec time).

Really want to support Altair though....but I don't really want to buy it to just have it sit there... (I still have digital manga from Viz I bought a while ago I still haven't read yet).
