Is there no way to permanently filter a category from the front page?

I've been trying to just get rid of the reviews, but they keep coming back whenever I refresh the front page despite not having them selected. The main issue is that I'm waiting for the Chaos;Child game to be localized and I don't really want to see the reviews of the anime that might comment on story beats.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to do this right now. We know it's wanted, so it's on the dev-to-do list.

I plan on making sure that it's done within the next 6 month.

It will either be tied to a cookie, or your login of course...
