Doffy Girls: Doffy's Real Life Harem in One Piece?

I assume this is the right place for this.

My friend and I were looking at the OP Valentine chocolate and we started talking about Doffy, and I mentioned the real life Doffy Girls. I remember seeing a screencap of it on some news, but I never got to follow-up and I don't remember where I saw it.

Did anyone else hear about the Doffy Girls? They're the women that are fans of Doffy and even wear the pink boa like him. (The one in the screen had a pretty legit one too.)
