Wrong info: the author/artist name is KAWAMURA Taku and Homura Kawamoto does only the supervision of the series. I would like it if this error could be fixed.

I don't think there's a problem with the artist's name in the article -- he's listed as Taku Kawamura like you said (but written given name first).

Homura Kawamoto is listed as the writer for the original manga because he's credited with the original story on the cover of volume one.
