This is one game I will pass on. Not a fan of her and I know she has zero talent either singing or anything else. Why lower your product quality Square, why?!?!!? She is the worst pop singer to even consider using either character likeness or music. What a major let down.

Square is trying really hard to make Final Fantasy more western.

I wouldn't be surprised if the western audience was an afterthought. Ariana is huge in Japan and selecting a popstar huge in both Japan and the international scene seems like a perfectly sound decision to drum up newfound interest for a phone game.
