Key Visual isn't character design anyway, so don't worry if anyone here saw the Key Visual, scroll down the news before reply lol.
That said i assume the Key Visual is for Halloween maybe? since it have way different style that actual anime design. |

This looks so good, hope it comes out winter 2017 since that seems to be the season of the heavy hitters from what's been previewed of next year.

This anime would've been more epic if the MC wasn't a child.
Or had the body of a child. Or was reborn as a child. Why must it be a child???

Judging on the visuals, I assume either Madhouse, Bones, or Wit studio is going to be animated it. Just a wild guess.

That's what I thought as well but then I scrolled down and saw the character designs and if those are indication of what the characters will be like any studio can produce this and crap it down the toilet. That being said I hope they stick to the key visual as that level is much higher quality and only one of the best studios could handle that and pull it off |

Looks like it'll be done by Passione, the same studio as Rokka: Brave of the Six Flowers. I might be wrong or not. |
