I saw the movie on my Jackie Chan marathon and I was really wondering myself what the hell was going on, though the movie was hilarious. Good to know its origins.

It wouldn't surprise me if one day,Hollywood would try to do it's own version of "City Hunter." I don't know if it would happen and the screams of protest over it might happen but it wouldn't surprise me if that would happen.
