I miss when Toonami used to air from midnight to 5am.

Well at least they are not removing a half hour of Toonami especially now that it's mostly long running series that will go on for a long time. If anything, they need more time for Toonami so it can air other stuff too.

I miss when Toonami was 11:30 PM to 6 AM or even the 12 to 6 AM.

I'm still wondering what new series will air in the future.
Some of my favorites probably won't due to content (Monster Musume, Food Wars, Shimoneta, etc).

I miss the days when Anime on CN wasn't relegated to one day out of the whole weekend.

I'm pretty sure a show about a monster harem won't help Toonami at all.......

At the moment, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is confirmed for October 15th and FLCL has two new seasons (funded in part by Toonami) arriving sometime in late 2017/early 2018. Also a 10 episode revival of Samurai Jack early next year to finally wrap up its story.
It is really hard to say what future pick-ups will happen. Aniplex and Sentai haven't gotten much recently that would be prime Toonami material (except maybe Ushio to Tora), and Funimation's contributions on the block have been way down the past two years (only Michiko & Hatchin in 2015 and Dimension W in 2016) compared to the overwhelming support they gave during 2012-2014.

I heard the reason was because adult swim Original shows was sucking and not getting good ratings and that why its going to back to 9 PM, tho I don't watch Toonami so I'm not sure how true that is .

I really doubt that is the reason seeing as all Adult Swim has been airing in the 8PM hour is King of the Hill. They have actually done this same block reduction the past two years, but its usually been November or December.

I wonder if Adult Swim Comedy has something planned. Toonami answers to Adult Swim Comedy, after all, considering Adult Swim Comedy's stuff is cheaper and gets equally high, if not higher ratings.

Well atleast Toonami isn't getting shorted again and just pushed back by half an hour. Although I would love it if Toonami returned to it's 12am to 6am run especially since they have a lot of long running series on right now.

I watch Food Wars and Monster Musume on TV through Anime Network since my Cable Provider is currently showing it.
