This had such an unique style... why did they turn it into something so uninspiredly generic?

Don't worry, Shinya Kawatsura (The director) knows what he's doing. Just go and check his previous work and get hyped up. |

No matter how good Kawatsura is, he can't fix the visual mess that Furukawa (or him? In the end the final word isn't the charade's) has left. |

When I first came across this show while looking at the Fall 2016 AniChart I didn't think much of it besides it probably being my requisite cute girls doing cute things show of the season, but now knowing the staff behind it I am hyped as all hell. The writer and director both know their way around high quality slice of life shows. I expect this to not be different. Should be a good romp that may be a dark horse for anime of the season, if it is as good as some of their better works.
