You know what? I actually found the English dub to be far more entertaining than the first time I watched this on fansubs. They seem to be far more exuberant and better paced.

Same here. I dismissed this immediately when it was on Japanese TV, but this dub is so much more fun. Looks like ADV's got a winner on their hands.

I liked it a lot. I'm probably going to get it when it comes out.

Not bad at all. Monica Rial did nice, I thought. Usually I dislike dubs, but that was pretty good.

Was a little put off by the bubbily Ganguro character "Chelsea Moore" at the beginning, but this really hooked me. Nice action, very gory, and I was still entertained at the end. Might wanna put up a disclaimer, btw, since IGN isn't asking for age verification on this one.

They could've used some better Loli voices, but it was very good. Gonna buy it.

And Geneon, RELEASE BLACK LAGOON ALREADY DAMN IT!!

Nice dub. WTG, Don and George. Cool

The overall feel is still quite over-the-top (a dozen android murdermaids Question ) but not quite as far as say, GunxSword.

So, I'm holding off for the time being while anxiously awaiting Black Lagoon.

I must say I like this idea of offering the first episode legally for free. Because of it I will be acquiring this when it washes up on our beach over here in the UK.

Whilst I like Angelica's voice, and the toning down of Chelsea's squeakyness is appreciated, I can't stand Mister's voice. It's awful. Not just bad, it's terrible. Notwithstanding the difference in lines being due to lip-syncing needs, they've succeeded in drastically changing his entire character!

Kinda ho-hum at the beginning (although I did like the inspector) until the lolitas came in. I dunno, something about all the lolitas massacreing everyone was really cool. Shocked
