Perhaps they shouldn't have designed outfits that rely so much on computer generated imagery. It doesn't even look like the rangers are actually there. Such a disconnect between the environment and the characters.
Fix it in post?

As great as this new set of Power Rangers armor gear looks, I find it to be mediocre. Perhaps the suits will look better within the airing of the show itself.

I was going to say the same thing. Feels more Guyver than Power Rangers.

If you ask me it would have been way cooler if they photographed them doing a trademarked Power Rangers pose while explosions go off in the background.

To me, it looks more like Iron Man armor with the retractable faceplate.

To me it looks like the only CG part in that new picture is their retractable faceplates.

That first shot of them in profile made me think of SilverHawks.

Heh, that's what I had in mind too. They remind me of the live-action Guyver films. My father was a small fan of those movies.

That looks hilarious. I can't wait to see how Bryan Cranston is going to look like Zordon!

but they're so PRACTICAL! It has nothing to do with sex appeal at all. Women can barely move unless they have some kind of heel.
