YES! I was always shocked that we had Persona 4, Persona Q, and Devil Survivor, but no Persona 3. Defiantly getting a copy.

What are you getting at? Rose of Versailles is a classic that's probably wrapped up in all kinds of licensing red tape, just like the anime was.
Udon's recent "normal" manga releases like KLK, Persona 4 and Steins;Gate all came out in a fairly reasonable time-span after their announcements. There's no reason to think Persona 3 won't be the same, especially since they've already pinned it down for September, rather than giving a vague "2nd quarter 2016" release window estimate like RoV.

Well....P4 was delayed by about...what...4 months? And they didn't even announce there would be a delay. ;w; Nonetheless, they've kept at a good pace since then (they probably delayed it so that they would be able to translate the final manga when it's released instead of waiting those 4 extra months).
As for the release date, a bunch of other sources (like Personacentral and retailers) have this manga slated for October 4th....not September.... Nonetheless, I can't wait for this manga! ;w;
