Blasted, insipid palette swaps! This is like Mortal Kombat only with more friendship.

Terrible couldn't they have hired a better artist who's done large reverse harems like Udajo to do the art. This palette swapping is unacceptable

Suspicious indeed. And they all line up relatively well, personality-wise, with their alleged inspirations. The fact that there's no other information yet makes me think they're trying to hide what this really is.
EDIT: The names kind of line up too. O(Soma)tsu, (Ka[keru])ramatsu, I(Chi[aki])matsu, (To[ru])domatsu. The other two don't but it could be a kanji thing that my sad American brain can't understand.

They're not even trying to hide what it is, at all. They expect every single person interested in this to fully know what it references.

I was sort of implying that I expect they'll come out and say it's actually an official, licensed Osomatsu game eventually. I figure this is just a way to breed interest before then.

And I thought another series starring Osomatsu and Ichimatsu's voice actors had a lot of blatant knockoffs...

It's so blatantly the Matsuno bros, there's no way you can deny it. They might as well just call it an official Osomatsu-San dating sim.
I'm also putting my bets on that the game creators are collaborating with, or have the permission of, the people behind Osomatsu-San so they can cash in on the sextuplets growing popularity.

Somehow I have a feeling that Tokimeki Office could be a parody of Osomatsu-san. It would help if the characters at least had differing hairdos to tell them apart as they all look the same without their corresponding color of their coats (except Hifumi, if only because his hair is messy).

That is some of the most boring, lazy character designs I have ever laid eyes on. Yikes.
It feels like a palette swap for Mortal Kombat or Super Smash Bros.

Chiaki is Choromatsu. Hifumi is Ichimatsu (the first kanji is the same). Only Amatsuka's name has no relation to Juushimatsu's. (It uses the kanji for angel, though, so I guess that's funny)
They're not really complete palette swaps, either. There's subtle differences in their eyes and ahoge, just like the originals.
I hope they reveal this later to be an official game, though. Even the personalities are the same, there's no way they can allow this.

ok i dont watch osomatsu but one of the coolest things about it from my view is the really colorful art style. so this game abandons the coolest part in its ripping off. Great

They look like how Sextuplets are suppose to look: alike. They don't need to look outrageous like those twins/triplet in Brothers Conflict.
