Really hoping for another season. Although the story wasn't amazing I really fell in love with the characters, it has a lot of heart. (;

I fully agree with that heart comment! Characters I found to be pretty funny and had a great dynamic with each other.
But among other reasons, the fight scenes were just amazing and really fun to watch. I'd never had so much suspense watching a melee mech fight in a loong time. I miss it and I really hope it's another full season....with more Chiaki Ishikawa because she's a goddess. And Natsumi Kon |

Another season would be nice; If I remember correctly, the alien invasion was postponed rather than stopped, most of the villains survived and there were a few questions left about parentage and the like. Too much stuff for a movie, I'd say.
I'd like to see the humans go on the offensive, that'd be good. The old "hunters become the hunted" scenario... done as a reverse alien invasion... Wait, I always thought the characters looked too much like the ones from Heroic Age but with that change, the stories would start to look the same. Alright, stay on defense! Somehow? Regardless, it's a fun show so any sort of continuation would be welcome. |
