Well it only makes sense that they would just keep some of the same actors from the main series, and since the dub for The Sun Village Arc hasn't officially come out yet I guess its safe to assume that Cris George will be reprising Warrod in that arc as well provided he age his voice some. Slightly surprised they didn't get Swasey to do Precht since he was Hade, but again it might be an aged voice thing.
As for Zeira, after hearing Jeannie Tirado in Grimgar I'm not completely sold on her, but it may just be a direction thing. I'll see how she does in FT Zero under Walker. He can usually bring the best out of people.
Also looks like Tyler Walker will be taking on the bulk of the writing (unlike in the main series where he shares it with Monica Rial and occasionally Josh Grelle). Should be as good as the main series dub, hopefully.

Not much to discuss here, people reprising roles and stuff.
Still I wish they'd have worked it so Patrick Seitz played Yury, in the Japanese Laxus VA also playes Yury, they are Great-Grandfatehr and Grandson so there's that. That and i don't feel like Chapplin's voice fits Yury...i don't know that's the only role i don't like the choice of.

Just going to say this before everyone gets excited: Even though this arc is getting a broadcast dub and it is officially part of the Fairy Tail anime, Fairy tail itself is not getting a broadcast dub. Since all the people in this series (excluding Mavis and Zeref) are completely new, Funimation simply said "Hey, let's get a whole cast for this one arc and do a dub". Fairy tail is still getting straight-to-DVD dubs, like One Piece, even though it is now farther ahead than ever before. Hopefully this means that Todd Haberkorn can take a break from this and voice Obito Uchiha

probably not. Tyler did confirm on twitter that he will be working on Zero and the main time line at the same time, so no rest for Todd

Though the latest Shippuden game has dubbed Tobi playing Obito, he might be playing Obito in the TV version. I asked Neil "Madara" Kaplan this and he thought this too.

That's what I figured. At least fans can go into this and not get terribly spoiled, save the first seven minutes touching upon Natsu and Happy's training journey and Igneel's return/death, and the opening sequence giving away the true form of Lumen Histoire.

doubt it. dont forget zero takes place almost 100 years before the original so its highly unlikely the cast from zero will be reprising their older selves other than mavis. that was confirmed when they didn't have swassey reprised his role as prect. its more than likely they will have an older VA for warrod instead of using the one for FT Zero.
