Is he mentally sick or feigning some kind of madness to try to minimize his responsability?
Hard to tell... but his antics sure won't cease to give us some good giggles.
Still its a bit scary to think that such a man was a politician with a certain amount of "power".
Or maybe ALL of them are mad men?

I wonder if he's even fit to stand trial. He's seems to be acting so bizzare. Was this man really a politician?? I'm finding this hard to believe. Also, I laughed so hard at the love live screen shot at the end.

I'd bet on the later. Claiming madness is always a easy path to avoid responsibility.

He's faking it so he can get away with his tyranny, too bad for him, the Japanese government are choosing to clean house this time and charging him anyway despite paying back the money.

Have watched too many TV shows where the criminals put out some great acting to feign madness, amnesia, or mental illness to get out of responsibility for their crimes.
Supposedly, (at least by Teleserye standards) the Philippines is a great place with getting away with murder, if you don't remember doing it, because of amnesia. You won't be prosecuted for your crimes, because you don't remember doing it. Of course Teleserye's take the concept of forgiveness to whole new levels on unbelievability too.

Well, if he is sick like that, it sort of feels wrong to mock him. Laughing at this feels like laughing at a mentally disabled kid. Until it's proven one way or the other, I'm just going to avoid going that way.

The man needs a psychiatric evaluation, not mockery. Things like him living with his parents and worrying about a "conspiracy" against him signify that he's having problems functioning and might be delusional. It's disturbing to to me that making fun of possible severe metal illness is so normalized.

I remember watching all those Nico's MADs about this guy, ah good times. But seriously though, I hope he's not mentally ill and if he already payed back the money then they should just let him live his life, obviously not as a politician but as a normal man.
