No divine gate?
Unsurprising no Knonosuba either since it came out after pool (unsure it would have made the cut anyway). Oh and great choice of thumbnail picture *cough*

Damn, I was hoping Fairy Tail Zero would get picked. Oh well, I'm really glad Lupin III got picked up, it's really a ton of fun, and even though I'm not watching U2warerumono, I have a lot of fun reading Hope's despair about the lack of plot developments

Somewhat surprising that Luck & Logic, Shōjotachi wa Kōya wo Mezasu and Bubuki Buranki made the cut, all things considered.

Pleasantly surprised Schwarzesmarken made the list. Theron seemed most willing to engage with it, so I guess that means everyone else dodged the bullet there.

Everything I voted for except for Fairy Tail Zero got picked, cool.
Looking forward to Dagashi Kashi and Dimension W specifically. |

Aside from Showa Genroku, Erased and Assassin Class Gabriella, Paul, Theron and Nick have pretty much my entire Winter watchlist. I'm really surprised Luck and Logic made the cut though, it didn't look like a show that would garner a lot of interest.

Some of these are definitely fringe inclusions. They just happened to squeak onto the positive side of the fringe. |

I'll admit, most the series I voted were along the lines of Divine Gate. This season looks ripe for riffing.

I'm actually a little bummed that KONOSUBA didn't make it now. I only have myself to blame, I guess, since I didn't vote for it either, but the premise made it sound a lot more bland than it actually ended up being. Other than that, everything I hoped for made the cut. Here's to a slightly slower season right when I needed exactly that.

Mostly all of my choices were picked, and I'm happy there's still interest in BBK. I'm surprised that Nick won't do the reviews for Rakugo, though.
And I was not surprised that KONOSUBA didn't make the cut since it just aired today. After watching it, I quickly added it to my personal choices, but I think that wasn't enough. Hopefully it will get the Shimoneta treatment after some episodes, but I won't be mad if it gets a complete season review. |

Everything I voted for except Fairy Tail Zero got through. Wasn't expecting Wasteland to get picked up let alone Gabby doing the reviews. Forgot to vote for konosuba. Oh well.
What's everyone think will be this season's Chaos Dragon, i.e. the consistently worst rated show that was picked up for reviews. I was going to pick Divine Gate if it was picked up for hatewatch reasons, but I'll go with Shippuden going for the second season in a row at the bottom, unless the Itachi thing pans out well. |

Well, five of the six full-length shows I'm starting the season off with got picked up, and the only one passed over (Four Rhythm) is the one I think I'm most likely to drop anyway, based solely on the first week.
Looks like I'll be reading a lot of Gabriella this season, since all three of hers are on my list! |
