For starters it's Nerima Daikon Brothers and second....what on earth are you even asking? I can't figure out what you're asking. Maybe I just need to lay off the booze so I don't get droopy eyed heh

While his grammar does need to be cleaned up I think he's asking if the ADVidnotes are a permanent part of the show. The answer is no they are not and they were not on the original show. ADV (and I love them for doing this) gives you the option of turning their notes on or off. These notes point out the various parodies and references that occur throughout the series.

They also make no sense when watching in English. I watched Ep. 2 on my Newtype disc in English and the Vid-Notes were rarely on-topic.

They seem mostly to deal with the more obscure references in the original Japanese dialogue, which does make them valuable, but only if you're watching it subbed. It is a cool idea, though, basically a Pop-Up Video for anime (who even remembers that now?) They were a fun addition to Abenobashi.

You can turn on or off the ADV pop ups on the options menu. I watched the first two episodes last night and found the series a little less charming than the hilarious Excel Saga. Excel and Hyatt personality made me smile since they played off of each other so well, not to mention Menchi has more personality than the panda. Granted I've only begun Daikon Brothers, and Excel also has the advantage of having the talented Miss Kotono playing the lead character. As for the pop ups, I will say that I caught a good number of Excel references since they seem to be targeted to an older audience compared to the NDB references. There are a few that I noticed (like the You Are Shocked song reference) that ADV even missed! Many of the NDB (so far) seem to be modern political commentary that seems to be a little too self aware. It also seems a tad cruder and over the top compared to the already not to subtle Excel. Then again I hate shows like South Park, so it could just be not my cup of tea. Either way I've already ordered the second volume since the preorder was up before the first volume arrived.

Yeah, judging from ep. 2, it is a bit crude for my tastes. I mean, you're obviously not supposed to really think about the drummer's relationship with the panda too much....

But that Mako is a cute one. One of the cutest anime characters I've seen in my seven years of watching anime. Very charming. And the musical angle is a new one. Just that I tired of the incessant "balls" jokes in that episode (it's about pachinko...). It was only funny the first 100 times they said it, you know?

The funniest part was seeing Koreans depicted in anime.
