I'll admit, I was really hoping they'd bring back Minami Kuribayashi, who's been so closely linked to all the âge stuff over the years, and who did both an OP and a really great ED for Total Eclipse. Now I'm beginning to fear that her career is as toast as Answerman said it might be.

I wouldn't worry about that. Kuribayashi got her start in porn so she never had the "pure idol" image to begin with. Her career has definitely been about her musical talent so unless she violated her contract any perceived hit to her career is an overreaction on her part.
Schwarzesmarken is pretty removed from the main part of the franchise so they might just want to go in a different direction. You never know, they could bring her back for the second opening or ending.

Indeed, being set in 1983 East Germany, I kind of hoped they'd just license "Der Kommisar" for the ED and be done with it.

They felt your fear, so they just brought another Minami to ease your soul.

which would be Schwarze Marken, Schwarzesmarken just sounds incorrect, but the title doesn't make much sense anyway... i guess they meant something like black marks or even black corps.

It's gratuitous German. It's like how the Japanese somewhat frequently butcher English.
The original Muv Luv didn't have that much sex in the mecha aspects in the trilogy, and Schwarzesmarken itself is all ages. The latex might make it T rated with the violence possibly pushing it towards M, I suppose, but the saying doesn't really apply to the anime regardless.
