Just by Erina alone, I think I might check this series out. However, while I know her and Megumi are the female protagonists, from a shipping standpoint, is there more evidence of the lead guy with her or Megumi?

as far as i've read (6 volumes), Megumi. even though Erina is kinda touted as the "main" heroine, she doesn't appear very often. |

She is something of a foil to Soma, with an upper-class background and high social status at the institute instead of Soma's working-class background and him being at the bottom of the ladder. Erina absolutely hates Soma's guts, so what screentime they do have together is not friendly.
Megumi, however, is Soma's best friend, and they do spend a lot of time together. Shipping can go any way though. They're totally unpredictable and random as far as what ships will be the most popular. I don't know what the most popular ships in Food Wars! is though. |

....and ANN decideds to put this out like an entire month after she went up for pre-order...
He'll be lucky to get another (Probably by MegaHouse) as in anime figure world, the females get all the love, the guys get almost nothing (Ex: Kirito from SAO still has no scale figure to speak of, at best figmas, RAH, and prizes). |
