I don't care if the Japanese approved of her playing Armin, I feel that the voice that Marina gave Armin is way too annoying to the point that she was miscast. Personally, I think this is 1 of those "it's possible for even the Japanese director or creator to make a mistake in approving a voice for 1 of their characters".
The picture, however, looks nice. |

That was a beautiful sketch of the cosplay trio.

I couldn't disagree more. Marina Inoue is extremely talented and not only gifted the series with her voice as Armin but also as the narrator. I never once questioned her voice work as Armin because it is so suitable for that character. I guess it's just preferences, but I have never heard anyone else in the fandom or on the internet complain. I really don't see how such a negative comment was relevant to the article anyhow. |

The article mention's Armin's voice actor, and while his comment had nothing entirely to do with what the article was about, there's more than enough of a link between Armin's voice actor being mentioned for him to make a comment about her. It's one of those wrong time, wrong place comments. |

I thought the voice was perfect when I heard it back then and I still do now. Studios screw up the voice casting all the time, though. |

I wonder if that's means, the drawings will be improved in the upcoming chapters?
I personally don't have a problem with his drawing. The plot already is good enough so I'm enjoying alot here. |

This happens a lot and it seems that the Eng. dub side is on the insult side a lot more than the Japanese side. Criticism can and do work both ways. |

True, I just got a little wound up because Marina as Armin has grown on me for the past 2 years, and I never had any problem from the start.
His artwork really has been improving throughout the series. http://ladymoonstache.tumblr.com/post/94658025878/im-tired-of-hearing-that-hajime-isayama-cant ^ That is a very good example. Excited to see what it looks like even more by the finish of the series. But I agree, that regardless, his plot is so intriguing that the art doesn't matter too much. |

I agree. I still get chills when I hear his speech in episode 10. Also didn't Isayama do this before? I think it was of the VAs taking a selfie. They're honestly hilarious. |
