Yes, yes, yes. I'm not so sure about the compilation film - I know it is mainly targeted at people who haven't watched/have dropped the shows, so the appeal towards those who did see the shows is quite low (and that's fine), but usually compilation films can gloss over important events, trim key character development, and rush significant plot points, making watching the following full installment (season, OVA, movie) somewhat incoherent.

Its a shame it has only sold 1.3 million volumes, had this been a Jump title it would have sold wayyy more... Hopefully more people pick it up..

I finished the first season of Yowapeda a few days ago and found it quite enjoyable.
I'm petty sure Onoda lives in Sakura city, partly because he lives 45km from Akihabara and partly because the scenery looks kind of familiar to me.
I wouldn't go so far as to say that the word "mamachari" is sexist, but I don't feel comfortable using it.
