Will this movie continue where s2 left off or it will get a complete new story
?
I hope they will not ruin the franchise with this movie like they did with Sora no Otoshimono...

It's a completely new story. It doesn't draw from the Light Novels like the anime does, so it's technically non-canon. It's possible that the third season of DAL (if there's one in the works) could be announced when the movie premiers.

Truth be told, what I'd be looking forward to the most is spoiler[Origami going all out with Tohka, first as a DEM Wizard, then as a Spirit herself, as well as Origami discovering the horrible truth about her parents' death and the events that followed.]
