The game is more than a little loose with affiliations, nationalities, and timelines. The Americas are referred to as the "New Continent," with the USA, American Indians, Vinland, Aztecs, and Incas, plus Hawai'i as a separate land, represented by:

USA:

American Indians:

Vinland:

Captain William Kidd
Edward Teach, a.k.a. Blackbeard
