That short literally felt like they took Panty and Stocking, Gurren Lagann, and Kill la Kill and mixed them all up in a blender with a truckload of cocaine added to it.

Anyone know who the seiyuu are? Even though she has just a line or two, I thought the girl sounded a lot like Suzaki Aya (Mako).

The two VAs that voiced everyone were Megumi Hayashibara and Kouichi Yamadera.
