Every season a few shows might miss their deadlines and a few episodes get broadcast while incomplete. I don't just mean shows that don't have the budget for great animation, but rather those that clearly were planned to have animation in places that they just didn't get to.
But maybe it's just me, but I thought the amount I saw this season was ridiculously high, compared to other seasons. Is there some kind of industry-wide issue? Am I just interpreting what I saw incorrectly? |

It's always been a thing, but I think Shirobako has made us all more concious about it
