Damn that is cheap. It's perfectly timed too. Funimation has nabbed more simulcasts this season than usual and I've been considering subscribing just for that. Now it costs only $5 and it's hard to see why I shouldn't. In fact I'll probably go do that right now...

This is great news, particularly for those that are only interested in watching their favorite anime shows subbed. Perhaps this means that Funimation can finally get around to streaming Symphogear? Or is that show still out of the question?

And I'm sold!!!!
I've been wanting to watch Rage of Bahamat, and the new simulcasts of this season that Crunchyroll isn't getting. Perfect for Crunchyroll subscribers that want some of Funimations simulcasts.

Interesting. I may resubscribe now. I'm not really a fan of Funimation's dub work.

If this leads to them fixing up their mobile apps, even better. Guess we'll wait and see.

Awesome. I really appreciate Funimation offering different options. I bought a year-long All Access pass in November, so I won't be taking advantage of this now. But I'll likely switch to it before renewal since I only occasionally watch English dubs (if I like a series enough in Japanese, then I buy the physical release anyways and I'd have the option to watch it there).

Awesome idea. Their dubs as of late have been littered with bad acting that kills shows for me.

That's a pretty neat idea. I very rarely watch dubs so if I lived in the US this is definitely the option I'd go for.

Sounds good. I'm not too fond of dubs, so it's nice to know that there's a Pass that suits my preferences

great idea but... i wish they would improve their sub quality. Honestly speaking their quality is below average at subbing, so many words/scenes are translated for simplicity over actuality.

but otherwise good idea, and great price

For a person on a budget, that is a really good price. Congrats to Funi for this!

He meant season 2. Also, I highly doubt it since Funi only has the first season because of the FuNico fallout.
