That's the only way the Xcrap will survive. Just get those nice exclusives on your shit machine for the Japanese to buy them, if they even feel like wasting a chunk load of money.

Come on, we all know that it won't be XOne exclusive forever. Steins;Gate was an Xbox 360 exclusive but got ported over to a shit ton of other platforms. This franchise is too valuable to 5pb for it to only be on one console.

It is obvious it won't remain exclusive, seeing XBone's abysmal sales figures there. It would be financial suicide. (And because of the bad sales, most will wait for the port that will obviously come, instead of rushing to buy the console; it becomes a self-feeding loop.)

Xbox is an otaku niche system in Japan, like the PS Vita in America. Remember Idolm@ster came out first in Xbox too.

This game would make a nice PC game, seeing as the majority of VNs are.

At least the Xbox One is region free, so anyone outside of Japan who understands the language can experience the game. Unfortunately, I don't own the console and my language skills aren't high enough yet.

I'm not sure we'll see this one on PC. Robotics;Notes was a console exclusive, likely because 5pb wanted to avoid piracy. The downside to this is that it's damn near impossible for a fan translation. Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate were able to be in English because they were on PC. R;N wasn't.

Even disregarding that, the console industry is far too big to accommodate VNs. They only sell on handhelds and PCs here. JAST USA's release of Steins;Gate apparently did well, so if C;C were ever to get a PC port perhaps they'll pick it up. I know that I'd buy it.
