I was just wondering if anyone is actually making their own anime. I would like to, but I can't draw and can't really write good stories, but I do have some good ideas. So is anyone making their own anime?

These kind of questions get asked fairly often. Please don't end up smacking that hornets nest of what anime actually is. (NON-JAPANESE ANIMATION IS NOT ANIME etc. etc.) because those kinds of hornets nests make papa bear very sad... If you can't draw and can't write good stories, perhaps you are barking up the wrong tree. Do you mean anime or manga? Because for anime you have the whole kettle of fish of finding a fleet of animators, some voice actors, and a production team. There is a thread in the manga forum about peoples ideas for their own manga, which is a more feasible idea - although don't expect to get it published in Japan quicksharp or anything... |
