This is pretty old and somewhat obscure, but since you don't have it, Blue by Nananan Kiriko has been published by Ponent Mon http://www.ponentmon.com/new_pages/english/princ.html.

A bunch of Viz titles have popped up on amazon a few weeks ago, and are now listed at AAA Anime. You can find the same news being reported at www.animeondvd.com
O-Parts Hunter is the US title of 666 Satan by the way. |

Black Lagoon is licensed by Geneon Entertainment (USA) I believe. Listed in the credits shown here.. A preliscense maybe?

I stumbled upon this in the encyclopedia, and I guess then it is anime.
Mr. Stain on Junk Alley was licensed by FUNimation. Site Not to mention it had a preview on every FUNimation DVD I bought last year and early this year. |

Well Black Lagoon was changed as licensed after i posted that and now it's apparently unliscensed again. Is a direct screenshot from the credits where the distributor is clearly stated not a valid enough reason? Or does a third party or a con have to announce it?

I remember the time when ANN had a News about FUNimation's acquisition of Black Cat. This means that Black Cat just got licensed by FUNimation.
