I dunno, would that possibility be so feasible now that Yuri Kuma is being done by SILVER LINK instead of Brain's Base? We can do without clever cameo appearances from other Ikuhara characters, even if this project started out as "Penguinbear." Penguindrum didn't need any cameo appearances from Utena to be awesome anyway, right?

^Itll probably depend more on if Starchild is involved. I wouldn't mind any cameos though. I've only watched Penguindrum but I am curious about what Ikuhara will do next.

Brains Base never owned any rights to Penguindrum. Even if a sequel were to be produced, Starchild could hire any studio.
