Really good movie. Funny in a lot of parts. Nice action. I have the light novel and the fan-translated manga. Not sure if there is a US edition manga but I'll have to check the translator/editor and publisher if we do have them in the West.

What Non-Franchise Films are they talking about. They don't just mean Mission Impossible do they? Why not just say Mission Impossible?

I guess you can say you preferred one on a personal level, but it's the old apples and oranges comparing them I think, as they told the story the right way for their respective medium. I think the light novel was an incredible piece of SF, and that the movie was an excellent adaptation. |
