Ah, how I wish this was published in English...
But then, seeing as how publishers like to sell more than one copy of things, I doubt it will happen.

It's about an adult, so of course.

But what's stopping one publisher from publishing this book outside of Japan despite starring an adult? I think there have been cases in which manga was publish here which the main character(s) were grown ups. It's a possibility as there are people who prefer reading seine manga.

It would be financial suicide, regardless of the quality of the book. There are many titles I've suggested to people like Vertical et al and they've responded 'Good choice, no way in hell, it'd never sell'.
I suppose if something like What Did You Eat Yesterday? does extremely well there could be the slimmest of hopes of similar seinen manga slinking their way over here. But I don't hold my breath.
I bet Wakako Zake has way better a chance of being published than anything by Takeuchi Sachiko. Oh God, what I'd do to see her work published in English!

You could always try Yen Press as they seem publish seinen titles, but guess the only thing we can do is wait and see. (Either that or learn to read Japanese and import the books.) Also I never heard of the manga "What Did You Eat Yesterday?" or Takeuchi Sachiko. Is this arthur good?
