Just put in my order on Rightstuf for that Toradora Premium Edition yesterday (as well as Angel Beats since there was a sentai sale). Now to put up my standard edition DVDs of Toradora on ebay and get some money back so I can eventually get that Railgun S part 1. Still annoyed it won't match my Railgun S1 LE box though.

Been eying the DVD premium auctions looks like they go for $60-70 a set crazy to think that they used to go for $100+ a piece! I'll hold on to mine for the time being. No hurry to watch the BDs last rewatch was less than a year ago. |

Slight correction needed. The volume of Pokémon Adventures Black and White released this week is Volume 4, not Volume 23.

Did Midnight Secretary become full on porn as of vol 6? The Toradora dub is out? Yay! Now where can I check out a few eps of the dub? |

I got Railgun today from Best Buy with the disk holders broken (the case is fine). Thank goodness the DVDs were scratched. It's not that big of a deal, but it's really annoying.
BTW, Austin Tindle has gotten 10000x better at voice Accelerator. I'm gonna get Toradora at some point, but I'm gonna get Code Breaker first. |

I haven't read it, but RightStuf lists it as an adult title. Previous volumes, too. |

Got my shipping confirmation a few days ago since I pre-ordered it. Should get to me in a couple of weeks. |

Why is Lost Universe getting another release? Its already at 3 or 4, and none of them are hard to get.

A slightly cheaper repackaging. What it likely needs is just a new master. |

Got my Toradora! set yesterday on the release date. It's a gorgeous set, as expected of an NIS America Premium Edition. I own their Katanagatari and Ground Control to Psychoelectric Girl premium editions, and sometimes I just take them off the shelf and look at them since they're just that aesthetically pleasing. Now I'll do the same thing with Toradora!.

Not me, I'm watching mine which should be in later today. And as for my older Toradora "set", I'm throwing it away. I knew what I would be buying when I saw it but I went ahead and bought it anyway... Worked out for me as I'm loath to double dip. |

Why does "Toradora" have to be so expensive?
The pre-order price was $95.99! |

How is it expensive? It's two cours in a sizable & sturdy art box with an art book + a newly made dub (dubs costs a lot of money to create!) for 95.99$. You're paying ~3.7 USD /episode. Now take a look at any new Sentai title (one cour) that has a dub on it, it'll usally go for ~52 bucks, and with that you'll only get a disc + case. That's ~4.3 USD /episode. No bonuses (not physical nor digital). If anything you're paying less for Toradora than you would for two cours from Sentai, and you're also getting a product of a much higher quality (art box + art book + digital extras). It's rather disheartening to see how easily some people are tricked |
