Yessssssssss!!!! Surprising imo but rather a pleasant surprise. There are two more volumes from the LN to adapt right now along with a possible 9th volume assuming this debuts later (maybe Fall?)

Erm. 9th volume sales will start this Friday and there are 2 volumes worth of side stories already. Plus new volumes are larger and you can't adapt them in the same 2 eps per volume pace. |

I just re-read my post and it seems a bit vague. I meant, if the second season debuts this Fall. I'll be optimistic about it though. I've recently read volumes 7 and 8 and I think there is enough material for about 6-8 episodes for those two volumes combined. I have not read the side stories so I'm not sure about that. Assuming volume 9 will be adapted, it could work out. Still, we don't know the premiere date of this anime. It's definitely going to be one cour though. |

I didn't love this series but I wouldn't mind seeing season 2, hopefully I find the stuff here more interesting.

Pretty excited for this, the first season was a bit of a surprise with how good it was. Maybe hachiman will finally get the credit he deserves.

That's great! The first season got better with every episode and Hachiman was a great character so I have high hopes for the second season!
