La Bonne Vie (TV) Plot summary: Yuuki Akamatsu, who is in the Kyuumon Gakuen Second News Club, is asked to become the counselor of the club immediately after joining the club by Ayaka Nikaidou, the club leader. Three girls currently give advice to issues sent in by the students: Rino Endou from the science stream, Fumi Kujou from the literary stream, and Ikumi Suzuki from the sports stream. However, the three always have different opinions and cannot get their views to agree, so they just try things out anyway... ---------------------------------- PV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=5R2V7Lu1RT8 This looks cute tbh. Although I'm not a big fan of some of Feels' other works, I think this could be a relaxing slice of life anime with some fun with these girls as part of the News Club. I haven't read any of the source material yet so going into this series fresh. Based on the premise though, I'm expecting some hilarious interactions between the girls |

I had to do a double take... I swear I thought that was Rika from Haganai in the middle.
But it sounds fun. Hopefully it turns out good. |

Episode 1
Well the subtitles I watched of this were pretty horrible, I could get the general idea of what was happening, but not the best way to watch something. And have no idea how a series called "Jinsei" becomes known as "La Bonne Vie". Straight away with the figure of Mao from GJ-bu, I got a big feeling of this being similar, although is a little hard to see exactly where connections may be. Well my ears were good and were able to pick up that the OP is sung by members of Otome Shintō which sung the OP of GJ Club and Chronicles of the Going Home Club, but it is apparently only two of them. And there is at least one main heroine who is a relatively unknown seiyuu. But I can find absolutely no other connections between the two that it is actually rather odd that it would be a cameo at all. I like what I saw, but I really could have done without the spoiler[fondling bit]. This seems likely to fall into obscurity, that romance idea has got my attention. |

this one is interesting. these girls like to infodump on their topics, and it's a lot to take in and understand. the humor is kinda hit and miss for me, but the hits are funny. I'll stay with it for now.

Episode 2
This one felt a little better. The whole apology bit was the best, especially if you spoiler[read what she wrote in that it ended up just being bigger words and exactly the same substance, until the teacher apparently gave up]. Fumi seems to just want to choose what she thinks will be the most entertaining. And Rino seems to be growing a little, what are the chances those two would actually get really close..... well they got pretty close this episode. Is it just me, or does Fumi look a lot like Chii from Chobits, or the twins from Kobato? |

I like the characters a lot, especially Rino. I also got an immediate Haganai vibe from this though the humor is more tame.

Cmon Japan enough with the molestation jokes. The spoiler[dude was actually groping her after noticing his hands were on her breasts. And seriously how would you not notice that your hands are under her shirt?] This is anime humor that I simply can't stand (you can imagine how much i loved To Love-Ru's humor.........). When people get away with groping just because it's an "accident" (or if they are a female because apparently that makes it okay).
Anyways I think this anime is a nice distraction. Can be genuinely funny at times though I'm not too fond of the cast yet. |

Lol, "spoiler[So I am the only weirdo who argues with furniture".]
Some of the nonsensical of advising random things was funny, although granted the hero bit overstayed its welcome. |

Episode 7
The truth about HHH, spoiler[a secret society set up to destroy your porn if meet an untimely end], was far too spoiler[strange to be believed]. Clearly the teacher spoiler[could count on the celebrity sounding voiced masked hero not to tell anyone]. That exchange was very funny. Also the hopeless spoiler[disgust at the old actor of the hero], the only one willing to spoiler[even rethink icebreakers was izumi, who is of course an idiot]. |
