CR's own News section also isn't reporting on it, while they did on Majin Bone.

Even if the JoJo announcement wasn't an April Fool's joke, today wasn't a good day to make such a non-specific announcement.

Fandom Post covered the JJBA announcement but they framed it as just reporting on the site and not knowing whether it's a joke or not. And Evan Minto from CR is chuckling about people squirming over the ambiguity on Twitter. So it sounds like the CR team isn't doing any confirming one way or another to anyone yet.

Laughing Oh man, I personally enjoy April Fools, even at my own expense. Based on what's posted on CR, I'm betting JJBA is a joke. Not on the Spring 2014 page, no dates, times, or countries posted, tacked onto another announcement.

Now, the real April Fools would be if they do have it and at midnight post the real announcement with all the details. It would explain their silence right now.

I will be severely pissed if JoJo is an April Fool's joke. The whole point of an AF joke is that it has to be something highly dubious or else there's no honour in sucking somebody in. CR getting JoJo's Bizarre Adventure isn't a goofy, "oh sure" proposition. Making a "joke" out of something that is quite possible simply makes you a dick.
