Bleh, so disappointed in Medaka's representation, but then again, when am I not disappointed by any adaptions of stuff from Medaka Box?
They couldn't have just gave us a Medaka from later in the series, (preferably after Ch140), with a proper moveset?
The only legit moves I saw her do where Kurokami Phantom, and her usual elbow jab.. (She technically has Weighted Words in the manga, but she never even uses it, so why it's one of her main Skills in-game, I'll never understand..)

It starts to make sense once you see the bouncing boobs, and the panty shots, and the lack of self control allot of people have.

They're unlikely to use her moves from later in the manga because a lot of people have only seen the anime of Medaka box. I'll freely admit that the first 80-100 chapters of Medaka box are just a medicore shounen with some interesting powers - so it's a shame the pay off for that was never animated.
Regardless her moveset was likely based of the anime rather than the manga in this case.
