I've been following this manga and somewhat sad that is ending. Lately, some of the chapters are repetitive but I do like the overall development still.
I just hope this ends on a good note.

This is another one that started out quite good then just got bogged down in a 'tournament'. I assume the editors crammed the fighting tournament in there because surveys were low (because that's what shonen manga editors do) and then it got killed because the pace was too slow and surveys didn't pick up.
Too bad!

Well sad to hear that. I hope it will end with 2 leads getting together.

Darn it... I loved this series... It quite impressed me with how much it kept me guessing what would happen next.
It seemed like he was laying a lot of foundation, too, so I had hoped it would run for quite a few years...

This is a real shame, I can only suppose that boxing isn't as popular a manga theme as I thought it was. Looking forward to seeing what the Mangaka does next though, if it's anything like this or Major.

I think it might be more that Japan has already had some stellar boxing manga like Ashita no Joe, Ring ni Kakero, and Hajime no Ippo. That's some biiiig shoes to try and fill.
On the other hand, it's the same thing with baseball and it seems like he managed to do that.
